For the past 14 years Philippe has helped lead organizations re-assess their use of interactive technologies to improve business and customer engagement. Working for one of the original Internet consulting agencies (Modem Media) he was the lead consultant to HSBC Hong Kong and Citibank (Korea and Australia).

Working with the City of Regina's communications group, he launched an award-winning social media citizen engagement campaign for the 2009 municipal elections.
